Delivery in Malta
Most orders are available for local delivery or studio pickup in Malta. Timescales depend on the product — custom and wedding orders are confirmed at the time of quote; in-stock items ship faster.
EU shipping
EU-wide shipping is planned as part of the upcoming online shop. Until then, EU delivery can sometimes be arranged on request — ask when you enquire.
Returns
Because most Paper Hugs products are custom or personalised (wedding stationery, bespoke cards, business print), these cannot be returned once production has started unless faulty. Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition, at the customer’s cost, unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If an order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue and we’ll arrange a reprint or refund.
