These Terms & Conditions govern your use of paperhugsmalta.com and any order placed with Cuddly Times Ltd, trading as Paper Hugs by Cuddly Times (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Cuddly Times Ltd, trading as Paper Hugs by Cuddly Times, Ta Paris Court, Triq Censu Costa, Birkirkara, Malta.

2. Orders and quotes

Custom and bespoke orders (wedding stationery, business print, personalised cards) are confirmed by quote before production begins. Production does not start until you’ve approved the final proof, where a proof step applies.

3. Online shop

Paper Hugs’ online shop is not yet live. Orders are currently taken directly via the contact form or by email. Once the shop launches at shop.paperhugsmalta.com, purchases made there will be governed by that store’s own checkout terms, which will be linked from this page.

4. Pricing

Prices are quoted in Euro (€) and may change without notice for future orders; a confirmed quote is honoured for the order it was given for.

5. Intellectual property

Illustration, photography and designs on this Site belong to Paper Hugs unless otherwise stated. Custom artwork produced for a specific order is for that customer’s personal or business use as agreed at the time of quote, not for resale or reproduction.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in producing every order but are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
